My role as software Team Member and Lead Commissioning Engineer involved the following activities.
- Development of graphics for Operator Stations.

- Logic testing during commissioning.
- Leading the hardware commissioning team during shutdown.

My role as software Lead Project Engineer involved the following activities.
- Detailed software and hardware engineering as per Sidel standards.
- Development of S7 logic and HMI graphics (WinCC flexible).

Boiler PLC Upgrade Project-SABIC Ibn-Baitar (Jubail, KSA)
My role as software Lead Project Engineer involved the following activities.
- PLC and Panel revamping design as per SABIC safety standards.
- Development of graphics and logic.

Sodium Silicate Hydro Thermal Plant Automation-Adwan Chemicals (Dammam, KSA)
My role as software Lead Project Engineer involved the following activities.
- S5-S7 conversion for HTP-3 plant along with development of OS graphics.
- HMI upgrade from Pro-Tool to WinCC for HTP1 and 2.
- Detailed engineering of PLC and MCC panels.
Project: Gujranwala Plant Expansion-1PstP Phase (Installation and Maintenance of High Speed PET and RGB Lines)
My role as Maintenance Engineer involved the following
- Providing technical expertise during conceptual modification, detail design, fabrication, up gradation, installation, commissioning and plant modification.
- Leading the E&I Maintenance Team.
- Ensuring smooth operation of the plant by providing suitable planned and breakdown maintenance.
- Minimizing MTBF and MTTR by optimizing the approved inventory limits and guaranteeing availability of critical spares.
- Leading the Material Management Module for implementation of SAP R/3.
- Managing the Electrical Safety and Machine Guarding Modules for Safety Management Systems Certification.
My Role as Trainee Engineer involved the following responsibilities
- Formulating a strategy for the overall efficiency improvement of the Personal Wash (Lux/Lifebuoy) Plant by ensuring zero electrical downtimes.
- Physical testing of all motor overload protections, calculations of all prospective SC currents and verification of all protections to check their expected performance.
- Assistance of the Unilever Technical Team in TPM certification process (Planned Maintenance Pillar).
