• Develop, implement and maintain quality system consistent with ISO 9001 -2008. (API, 5CT and 7-1)
• Processing and maintaining ASTM standard throughout the machining
• Coordinate with production supervisor to control the production quality up to the set standards and specification.
• Complete Inspection of the Machined parts
• Interval checking of the running jobs on the Machine.
• Proper documentation of Passed and Rejected Parts
• Create Non-conformant report and Reports appropriately to the Manufacturing Engineer and QHSE Manager.
• Participate activity in auditing, audits from Regulatory bodies, clients and customer.
• Incoming Material Inspection and certification, verifying the customer specification.
• Reviewing MTC with customer specification
• Maintaining all the measuring instruments and calibration certificates & internal calibration
• Carryout in-House Calibration tasks as scheduled and maintain calibration records.
• Make the proper safety working conditions in the Machine shop and yard, and monitor the safety of the workers and visitors
• Conducting NDT
Quality inspection and control
• Maintenance of moulds
• Inspect the manufacturing to make sure that products are achieving good quality
• Make quick decision if any problem happening in quality and manufacturing
• Designing of moulds
• Modification of moulds
• Agrees standards & product specifications.
• Trouble shooting the problem
• Interpretation of the drawing.
• Provide the tolerance values to the machining operators.
• Interval checking of the running jobs on the machine.
• Monitor & advise personnel on correct use of tooling, equipment. & inspection methods
• Follow up of the machining process.
• Complete inspection of the machined parts.
• Proper documentation of the passed and rejected parts.
• Analyze the reasons for defects and take the necessary preventive actions.
• Final assembly
