*Business intelligence:

-Assist with data governance policy setting, master data management, data dictionaries creation, and standardization and relevant processes documentation for corporate reporting and analytics projects.

-Work with cross-departmental teams to elicit reporting requirements, including the metrics and methodologies to be used prior to reporting project deployment.

-Assist in the selection or development of reporting, visualization, and data analytics systems or platforms considered by the company management (end to end).

-Participate in the design and deployment of data models, accompanying storage setup, and ETL queries development

-Collaborate with Data Architects, system engineers, and Application Specialists on amendments associated with reporting systems and interfaces

-Maintenance of reporting systems and troubleshooting of users' reported issues.

-Participate in designing and implementing BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses.

*Analytics:

-Provide and Review and Develop and recurring quantitative analytics support to established strategic business subjects and top management identified opportunities.

*Data Engineering:

-Support the development of the business intelligence function back-end architecture.
-Provide solution architecture support for analytics opportunities across the organization.
-Provide Reports to "Third-party" by SQL query with High Quality
-Collaborate with stakeholders in the design and engineering team for requirements on different data.
-Design and develop ETL packages and analytics data.

*Policies, Processes, and Procedures:

-Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures

-Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in the business environment, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

- Supervising the IT Department and Technical Support Manager.

-Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features.

-Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications.

-Design creative prototypes according to specifications.

-Perform unit and integration testing before launch.

-Conduct functional and non-functional testing.

-Troubleshoot and debug applications.

-Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features.

-Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.

-Examine and evaluate current systems.
Identify system requirements

Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features

-Document interfaces between new and legacy systems

-Validate changes by testing programs.

-Train users on the new operating systems and provide support.

-Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met.

-Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments.

-Provide primary SQL (structured query language) and programming support for Programmer/Analysts IT and Business Analysts.

- Interface with 3rd party IT support organizations.

-Mentor the group of Programmers/Analysts in the application and supervise all activities related to maintenance of the System.
 
-Responsible for the personnel administration of IT resources both internal and external - interview, hire and train employees, plan, assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees for performance, address complaints and resolve problems.
