In addition to Dynamics I started in AlMutlaq group as the first Chief of accounts for the new department they founded to finance their Harley Davidson’s brand sales.
So that I founded that Documents cycle ( like bike delivering where I enforced many steps requested before delivering like some signatures) and financial entries for My section
I reported directly to Al Mutlaq group financial manager who fully supported me .
I enforced the checks printing instead of hand writing that’s what reduced the bounced checks by banks and increased the customer‘s satisfaction.
I followed a strict policy to deposit the checks day by day that’s what increased the collected amount to 97 % exceeding the goal percentage 95 %.
I Integrated one SMS system with excel to send SMSs to our customers instead of phone call that’s what decreased to the lowest the time of informing customers about checks status.
I designed a complicated excel file has many functions
To reduce a time of checks entering in excel and SMS sending, Insurance controlling, maintenance controlling, cash flow forecasting and many statistical reports.
Recently I attended a course in VAT
Since 1/1/2018 I became the responsible person of vat to implement prepare and submit monthly and quarterly vat reports for about 8 companies in our group .

I am the Dynamics AX functional consultant for Al Mutlaq group ( A group of more than 6 companies and sections in trading, manufacturing and services activities )
Recently I implemented VAT to meet the new requirements of Saudi government .
I completed 1 full cycle implementation for 1 trading companies .
I dramatically reduced the cost of Microsoft Dynamics cases solving cost (200 ax 2009 cases small and big were solved by me in first year only)
I lessened the cost of Microsoft Dynamics AX upgrading from 2009 to 2012
I pushed the Steering Committee for MS Dynamics ERP System to go for AX 2012 by organizing a file of AX 2012 new features.
I implemented new things to the system like budgeting, customer’s payments scheduling and many new financial reports.
I Co-authored AX 2012 training material.
I completed a training course for Jeddah branches users for AX 2012.
Recently, because I worked as a developer for some years and had a courses in vb.net I started an online training in SSRS and X++ in order to develop some important reports related to AX ERP .
I introduced a suggestion file for all ax 2012 account receivables and account payables requested issues.

I succeeded in implementing an open source erp, named Fahed erp till now it’s working in Riyadh branch and maybe I will install an instance in Dubai for another company.

I installed one open source crm after choosing from among many crms including Microsoft dynamics crm.

- I have been working on websites developing in professionalism way specially on Joomla cms .
- Managing Accounting from A to z for our Agency in Riyadh and submit weekly financial reports to my managers.
I was working for 6 months like 6 employers at same time Accountant for 2 companies Cashier for 2 companies Executive manager for 2 companies, handling 3 telephones 10 employers 2 managers and 50 customers .
At October 2014 NASBA had accepted me to enrol CPA exam, they evaluated my B COM by 130 credits, and from now I have 18 month to be graduated Insha’Allah
