• Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
• Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
• Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value
proposition
• Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFQ responses
• Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
• In Charge of all Manpower on the company’s accommodations.
• Meet all the Health and Safety standards and regulations.
• Managing all the accommodations distribution.
• Requesting the monthly cleaning material.
• Responsible for the Maintenance inside the accommodations
• Cooperate providing all the database of the accommodations and the all the situations with HR, administration,
and the operation managers
• Responsible for site activities as per contract, such as installation, power up, site acceptance testing, loop checking support, commissioning & Start up support.
• Primary contact for the interaction with main stakeholders on day to day basis for the management of site activities, including HSE, QA, commercial, technical co-ordination, scheduling, reporting etc.
• Keeps project management fully informed of resource requirements, progress and risks.
• Co-ordinates with project management and customer for transferring the ownership to customer, including sign off as
per contract, upon completion of site closeout activities.
• Co-ordinates with project management and service teams for transferring the ownership to service teams upon completion of site closeout activities including as-built documentation, customer handover sign off etc.
•Calculating KPI’s and meeting targets.
•Motivating team members and assessing performance.
•Reporting back to operations managers and providing detailed analysis weekly.
