➢ January 1, 2011 till present as IT Structural Cabling Estimator cum CAD Designer with Qatari Computer System W.L.L. (Q-SOFT) in Qatar.

All the Ministries, Oil and Gas Organization are our install base. Including the Local P.T.T.Q-Tel. Q-SOFT is certified Siemon installer and markets only Siemon products. We carry out Fibre installation for the Oil and Gas industries.

➢ Q-SOFT has set up a joint venture with leading software house in india and provides software Consultancy to the Local Market. Q-SOFT has ventured to provide SAP Consultancy to the Oil and Gas industries.

➢ Q-SOFT has entered into a partnership with a leading organization offering a broad range of IT services like off-shore Development, Conversion & migration, Legacy Maintenance, Application design / development, Off-Shore Software Development.


➢ Scope of Work

a) Mainly I am involving preparation of BOQ for structured cabling division.
b) My main project during my tenure I have done like a QFHQ, Faculty of Islamic Studies, Male Female Student Housing, Qatar Airways Crew Accommodation, Qatar Horse Breeding Form, Mushierib Phase-2 & 3, extension of intercontinental Hotel, Porto Arabia 13A & 13B, Alfarzan Market, Naufar Hospital, NDIA CP 69, 75, GHQ, MPC, ISF-7A, 7B & Many Commercial Buildings Hotels Etc.
c) And other work I am doing same like previous company in UAE.

Nature of Job: Preparation of Single Line diagram of H.T & LT Motor Feeder in 415V Switchgear T.B Interconnection as per requirement for Ash Handling System in Power Plants.

Preparation of general arrangement Diagram for various control panels Relay as well as PLC Based as per projects requirement for Ash Handling System in Power Plants.

g) To Design connection layout & passive calumet detail according voice & data layout.
h) To Design active component & cabinet detail according passive cabinet detail.
i) To Design internal & external building schematic diagram through 144 & 72 core single mode fiber optic.
j) To Design zoning Routes between building to Data Centre.
k) To Design main hole cable detail according etisalat regulations.
l) To Design everything related to structure actives & passive components.
m) To Design all the passive structured cabling system for normal & engineering services network and indoor and out door system along with the requested real time management system.
n) To Design all related about active & passive shop drawing and as build drawing required.
o) To Design as the above mentioned systems according to the latest standards.
p) To prepare bill of quantity shop drawing.
q) To physically visit the site in getting first hand information requirements.
r) To continually converse, coordinate meet and discuss with client, consultant and MEP main contractors and materials shop layout at various stages of project.
s) Client / consultant / contractor requirement site conditions relevant industry codes standard and best practices and local service provider (du and etisalat) building infrastructure design guideline.
t) To Raise RFI, WIR NSA & MRA.
u) To make site progress report and send our project manager to head office.
