o My superior knowledge and skills acquired during Operation, commissioning and training of power plant as conducted by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries LTD have had broaden my Operation skills hence resulted to be the number 1 Power Control Room Operator at the company as I was the only one who got the perfect score in the operator evaluation conducted by the company.
o Trained newly hired operator to be in a control room position; I have trained at least 4 new operators and eventually became a certified Control Room Operator and a Shift Supervisor.
o Developed Start-up and Shutdown of Steam Turbine Procedure, Turbine Testing, Black out Procedure and Power Receiving Procedure.
o Developed Isolation Procedures for various Power Plant equipment, including Block Isolations of Boilers, Feed Pumps, Flue Gas Desulphurization Plant, Switchgears.

• Complete Command and control of Gas fired Engine and generator through DCS and PLC system.

• Make adjustments or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland and pipe joints; report any needs for major repairs.
• Control generator output to match the phase, frequency, and voltage of electricity supplied to panels.
• Place standby emergency electrical generators online in emergencies and monitor the temperature, output, and lubrication of the system.
• Receive outage calls and call in necessary personnel during power outages and emergencies.
