Work with hiring managers on Aramco Projects (manpower and engineers) to develop job descriptions and announcements, post advertisements in a variety of newspapers, list-serves, trade publications, networks, etc. including internationally focused sources. Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skills and cultural fit and skillfully present candidate match & value to hiring team.
