- Leading team of MEP Supervision staff in execution of NOVOTEL Hotels (4 Towers/32 stories each),
RADISSON Hotels & Infrastructure works for the entire Thakher City development project.
- Monitor and Control the inspection & installation of all MEP equipment and systems at site.
- Responsible for quality control for all MEP services & systems implement at site.
- Review Mechanical Materials submittals & Shop drawings for compliance with Contract
Documents.

- Verification & approval of RFIs, VOs and Payments for main contractor & sub-contractor’s claims.
- Issuing Site Instructions & NCRs for noncompliance work at site.
- Review, monitor and report on the Mechanical sub-contractors progress of work.
- Attend meetings with Client, Operators, and Main Contractor to resolve the issues.
- Testing & commissioning with operation & maintenance of MEP systems.
- Leading teams for snagging & de-snagging of completed works before handling over to the client.
- Handling all the maintenance issues with the hotel operators and resolving in coordination with the
main contractors.
- Positive contribution to the closure of action plans within project-wide forums of experts with the
Employer, the Contractor and third parties.
- Review & approval for As-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals and warranties and
arranging of Handing Over documents for the Client.
- Ability to undertake high-level projects with proven leadership qualities blended with technical
competence and aptitude to handle the work under pressure.
The Project: JABAL OMAR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (PHASE-I)
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise all mechanical works including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Building
Management System and Elevators, Escalators & BMU for different five star hotels like HILTON
Suites, HYATT Regency, CONRAD and HILTON Convention & Infrastructure works of entire project.
- Coordinate and resolve maintenance & operation issues with Hotel operators and Main
contractors.
- Manage and control the team of Site Mechanical Inspectors & supervisors.
- Review As-built drawings, Operation & Maintenance manuals for the Maintenance operation for
commercial areas and Hotels.
- Review Mechanical Shop drawings to coordinate & comply with Maintenance & operation
requirements for the Hotel operators.
- Monitor and Control the inspection & installation of all Mechanical equipment and systems at site
by the Contractors.
- Testing & Commissioning of all Mechanical Systems and Vertical Transportations.
- Attend weekly progress meetings with mechanical contractors & sub-contractors.
- Snag the final completed mechanical works before handling over to the client.
- Participating in Walkthrough and Coordination Meeting at the site with different parties including
Operators and Client.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervision of site works for all Mechanical services for Infrastructure and 38 high-
rise Buildings for "JABAL OMER DEVELOPMENT PROJECT" in Makkah.
- Attending Inspection Request for Mechanical works and preparing non-compliance reports.
- Review of final design drawings and shop drawings for verification of quantities at site.
- Verification of builders work coordinated with Structure & Architectural layouts.
- Takeoff MEP quantities from Inspection Request to update quantities LOG.
- Keep MEP quantity records for weekly and monthly progress report.
- Verify monthly Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) for Main Contractors for approval.
The Project: JEDDAH HAJJ TERMINAL - KING ABDULAZIZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible from Client representative (GACA) for the cost control for under construction and
maintenance for Handed over area of Hajj Terminal Airport.
- Managing Maintenance team for the smooth operation of Airport.
- Coordination between suppliers/manufacturer with operation team to resolve maintenance issues
for handing over areas to Client.
- Inspection of Mechanical services at site according to the Project Specifications and International
Standards & Codes.
- Preparing monthly work progress reports for the monthly payments.

- Preparing compliance and non-compliance reports for all Mechanical services.
- Responsible for final approval of variation orders related MEP quantities from design drawings and

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Mechanical Works in Construction of Buildings, Pumping Stations and S.T.P (Sewage
Treatment Plant), such as HVAC, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Fighting System.
- Co-ordination with Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors and other Engineering Disciplines for proper
execution of the Projects.
- Updating record for MEP quantities executed at site to verify and to approve the monthly payment
certificate.
- Inspection and Testing as part of commissioning for Final acceptance of all Electro-Mechanical
Installations such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting systems, Standby Generators, Submersible
Pumps and Mixers, High Capacity Air Blowers and Compressors, Aeration Systems, Filtration
Systems, U.V. Disinfection Units, Mechanical Screens, Belt Conveyors, etc.

Operation and Maintenance of all Electro-Mechanical equipment and systems such as
- Installation of HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing works for Extension & Refurbishment of Areas.
- HVAC i.e. Maintenance of Chillers, Overhauling of Compressors, Replacement of Condensing Coil,
Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Unit.
- Fire Detection and Protection System i.e. Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm System.
- Domestic Water Supply including Pumps, Motors and Filters, Hot Water and Steam Boilers
- Recording and Controlling of Monthly HLP (Heat, Light and Power) and Monthly Repair and
Maintenance.
- Selection of various contractor and co-ordination with them for periodical maintenance of major
equipment such as HVAC, Generators, Elevators.
