- Monitor and Control the inspection & installation of all MEP equipment and systems at site.
- Responsible for quality control for all MEP services & systems implement at site.
- Review Mechanical Materials submittals & Shop drawings for compliance with Contract
Documents.

- Verification & approval of RFIs, VOs and Payments for main contractor & sub-contractor’s claims.
- Issuing Site Instructions & NCRs for noncompliance work at site.
- Review, monitor and report on the Mechanical sub-contractors progress of work.
- Attend meetings with Client, Operators, and Main Contractor to resolve the issues.
- Testing & commissioning with operation & maintenance of MEP systems.
- Leading teams for snagging & de-snagging of completed works before handling over to the client.
- Handling all the maintenance issues with the hotel operators and resolving in coordination with the
main contractors.
