Responsible for:

• The production of performance management baselines, performance forecasts, project close and ad-hoc options / scenarios, as required, in accordance with the appropriate procedures and guidelines. Preparing, Updating & tracking resource/cost loaded construction schedules for the projects.
• Performance Reporting based on Earned value analysis
• Preparation of Extension of Time claims and related prolongation costs
• Monitoring, adjusting and updating the cost plan and cash flows accordingly and consolidating these results in Consultant monthly reports
• Preparation & submission of variation orders i.e., Time impact of variations to the contract
• Technical & Commercial Writing and contractual correspondence with clients
• Preparation of Man-hours based, and Revenue & Cost based Progress Reports and Targets on monthly and weekly basis, Procurement schedules and technical deliverables tracking
• Line and task-managing the team in accordance with company policies, processes and guidelines
• Developing and maintaining relationships and awareness with key internal stakeholders
• Ensuring that all deliverables produced by line and task-managed resources meet the required deadlines and quality
• Responses to internal demands that mitigate the impact on project and programme performance
• Ensuring that the output of resource demand and supply discussions is reflected within plans and forecasts
• Integration of project deliverables including compliance and verification data
• Responsible for consolidated business area analysis and commentary of performance
• through financial and non-financial performance indicators
• Creating and aligning business opportunities, including recommendations for performance interventions and efficiency savings
• Highlighting key business performance, risks, issues and opportunities to key internal leadership stakeholders and ensuring that decisions and actions are taken and progress monitored
• The day to day project controlling issues and demands
• Provide the single point of contact for the Project manager for all aspects of business area performance
• For undertaking other duties as reasonably required from time to time by line and task management
• Bidding and Proposals Management
• Procurement and subcontracting management
• Maintaining and promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality
