Covering all Public & Private Sector Procuring agencies.

Successfully operated Punjab CML project, the largest Cost Sharing Model based Project between Novartis Pharma Pakistan Limited and Government of the Punjab for the provision of free medicines to the cancer patients across Punjab. More than 6000 cancer patients are the beneficiary of this project. Responsible for successful execution of the whole project every year; from inception (negotiations, summary approval by CM & Cabinet, MOU signing) to processing (dispensing SOPs, data consolidation, policy formulation) till the conclusion (issuance of purchase orders, supplies, payments).
Responsible for initiating, controlling, monitoring and execution of Procurement procedures. Setting down specifications and evaluation criteria for the procurement of goods (medicines)/works/services procured by government of Punjab in transparent & efficient way.
Evaluated bids, Drafted & Managed Contracts and ensured the compliance of all contractual obligations as per Government Policy and Procedures (PPR Rules 2014).
