Design and implementation of new business processes due to the introduction of remote read meters and support the smart energy grid.

Design and implementation of changes to existing business processes. Coordination and design of the implementation of SAP Project and Portfolio Management.
Tasks in this position have mostly involved with business process identification and detailing of business processes. Design and coordination of solution description for both the business process and IT. Planning and executing workshops to receive business input and aligning with IT capabilities. In my support function for the project I have been doing cross-business process verification and validation i.e. QA on documentation as well as requirements collection and acceptance criterias for testing.
As part of a 3x8 months talent programme I have mainly been functioning as an internal consultant. I have completed two of my rotations one being in the service delivery organisation and the second in IT architecture, while the current rotation is in the role as an IT business consultant.
Primary tasks have included in doing pre-project analysis work; implementing and facilitating the implementation of smaller solutions. I have also been heavily involved with developing the internal framework for handling cloud solutions and in the IT-Business Unit roadmap and strategy work.
I was brought in by the company in order to create tools to help them with sales reporting and monitoring for their division in the USA.
While working from Denmark, I reported directly to the VP of Sales situated in USA.
In the marketing department for Philips Lighting Nordic I was mainly involved with gathering the requirements needed to align the online catalogue to provide the information needed by customer partners.
During my time in the department that handled financial controlling for Philips Lighting Nordic, apart from assisting with reporting and month-end closing, I was heavily involved with creating a regional database to consolidate KPIs and sales figures for the Nordic region.
I worked in the department that handled back-office support for SAP R/3 for Philips Lighting Nordic. This included everything from on-site support, to material data management and coordination with plant managers at production facilities.
My Master's study has built upon the foundation already laid during the course of my Bachelor's. It has consisted almost entirely of elective courses and I have built my profile around knowledge areas that provides me with the tools and makes me able to effectively navigate and understand the role of IT in a business setting and at an enterprise level. My Master's thesis was written in field of Enterprise Architecture; A case study, and the creation of a new unified approach to EA, which included a a comparative analysis of TOGAF, OIOEA, EAP, EA3, FEA & MSP.
A study program that combines the fields of economics, informatics and organization theory. It is an interdisciplinary study program that lays the foundation for an understanding of the multifaceted interaction that exists between IT systems, economics and people.
