 Support the management team in developing S.M.A.R.T. individual targets for each department, pushing the allover achievement of the company's quality targets
 Ensure that the necessary processes to operate the QMS will be implemented, realized and maintained.

 Report to General Manager about the company quality management system's performance and potential or necessary improvements.
 Have the autonomy to solve the quality problem, or fails to meet the key requirements, have the right to request to stop the development, production, delivery and site supported activities.
 Responsible for the reviewing & approving the procedures and related documents, approving the project quality plan and the annual quality work plan.
 Planning & conducting internal audits and NC follow-ups, corrections. Coordinate with certifying body and representing the management during surveillance audits.
 Plan and chair MRM Management Review Meetings.
 Measuring & monitoring the process performance & risk analysis.
 Handle Quality issues related to non-conforming products.
 Coordinate procurement and quality control in supplier auditing, evaluation & supplier qualification.
 Coordinate with Quality control on non-conforming products and defect analysis
 Maintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment.
 Applying good manufacturing practice and observing that it is being adhered to.

 Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve quality management system
 Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.
 Authorization and full document control of QMS documents.
 Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.

 To establish and maintain incoming parts (raw material), production line and product outgoing quality control system to satisfy the explicit requirements of the customer and to continuously improve the product quality.

 Implement countermeasures to minimize major Field Failure Rate (FFR).

• Develop NDT procedure(s), techniques, calibration methods, equipment evaluation for Magnetic particle Inspection, Penetrant Inspection and Radiography.
• Develop NDT personnel training, testing methods and required administration.
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators.
