Responsible for the establishment, implement and maintain the company’s QMS.
Driving the processes to stipulate the organization's quality policy and to derive related quality targets. Maintaining the QM-System.
Communicate and defend the company’s quality policy. Strengthen the quality understanding and consciousness in the organization and supervising, that everybody in the organization follows the applied standards and legal regulations.
Support the management team in developing S.M.A.R.T. individual targets for each department, pushing the allover achievement of the company's quality targets
Ensure that the necessary processes to operate the QMS will be implemented, realized and maintained.
Organize quality relevant training and further education events for all employees
Report to General Manager about the company quality management system's performance and potential or necessary improvements.
Have the autonomy to solve the quality problem, or fails to meet the key requirements, have the right to request to stop the development, production, delivery and site supported activities.
Responsible for the reviewing & approving the procedures and related documents, approving the project quality plan and the annual quality work plan.
Planning & conducting internal audits and NC follow-ups, corrections. Coordinate with certifying body and representing the management during surveillance audits.
Plan and chair MRM Management Review Meetings.
Measuring & monitoring the process performance & risk analysis.
Handle Quality issues related to non-conforming products.
Coordinate procurement and quality control in supplier auditing, evaluation & supplier qualification.
Coordinate with Quality control on non-conforming products and defect analysis
Maintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment.
Applying good manufacturing practice and observing that it is being adhered to.
Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve quality management system
Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.
Authorization and full document control of QMS documents.
Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Coordinate with certifying body and representing the management during surveillance audit.
Conduct and chair Management Review Meetings.
Planning & conducting internal audits and NC follow-ups, corrections.
Communicating to the top management on quality issues / non-conformities & audit reports
Measuring & monitoring the process performance & risk analysis.
Set & review company objectives & quality policy periodically.

To establish and maintain incoming parts (raw material), production line and product outgoing quality control system to satisfy the explicit requirements of the customer and to continuously improve the product quality.
Make sampling test as per the test standards to increase the quality level of the product.

Line process inspection & monthly process audit.
Supplier auditing, supplier evaluation & supplier qualification

Follow up OQC by general and detailed inspection, Early, Short and Long Term Life testing and Line patrol inspection for mass production as per the SOPs.
Design & development verification of new & existing models as per the standards & SASO regulations
Prepare monthly and weekly reports and present it to management.
Follow up on all quality issues and NCR closure with the concerned issued department.
Implement countermeasures to minimize major Field Failure Rate (FFR).
Analyzing the defect and root cause analysis
Test environment infrastructure improvement to continually improve test processes.
Worked on Global Quality Audit (GQA)
• Develop NDT procedure(s), techniques, calibration methods, equipment evaluation for Magnetic particle Inspection, Penetrant Inspection and Radiography.
• Develop NDT personnel training, testing methods and required administration.
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators.
• Organize and report test results.
