Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and procedures
- Develop the technical competence of job family 4070 employees, driving certification and assessment programs.
- Providing support to line management regarding the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
- Assisting in coaching and counseling management regarding resolution of sensitive employee-related matters
- Handling Time management in HRMS & ESS for all CU KSA employees
- Expert in HR IT tools such as eJobs, eForms, QCS payroll system, Time Management in HRMS, ESS and MSS
- Preparing monthly payroll of over 620 employees including local and ex-part employees.
- Preparing salary review letters, after acknowledgement updating same in payroll system.
Duties and responsibilities
The Control Room Operator has the responsibility to work in a professional, cost effective and profitable manner.
• Handle day-to-day activities in the control room
• Maintain Access Control and CCTV System in good working conditions
• To train and educate the Ericsson staff about the importance of access ID card as per the norms of the company.
• On occurrence of any incident the security department informs about it where by a through investigation is done as well a complete report is prepared regarding it and submitted back to the same.
• Individual service, trouble shooting or administrative support to all Ericsson personnel in matters like access control, access cards and application or other security related matters.
• Ensuring the attendance of all control room staff, late or absences, approving their timesheets prior to Admin. Manager. This includes contracted on duty security guards.
• Manage and schedule control room staff to cover 24/7

• Define the zone areas such as a red, yellow and green.
• Create and update of the area owners and approvers in the Gordon ID card approval database.

Updating it from time to time and training/educating the control room staff accordingly.
1) Preparing sales invoices on monthly basis for about SR 1.5 million for all the clients of the guarding company. This work involves a detailed analyzing of all the projects of the company taking into consideration every minute details of it so as to make profit to the company.
2) Preparation of timesheets for a minimum of 600 guards, supervisors and inspectors on monthly basis, pointing out their overtime, absenteeism, sick leave, vacation, resignation and termination in MS Excel.
3) Manage and oversee the functions and effectiveness of the company's 24 hr Control Room to ensure it is giving an excellent service to the company's internal and external customers.
4) In charge of company's assets i.e. radios, metal detectors, mobile phones, CCTV, Guard Control System, Smart AVS, Access Control System etc..
5) Training, installing and implementing the GCS & Smart AVS Systems.
6) Providing accurate information/reports/statistics etc. as required by the company management on a timely basis.
7) Assisting and coordinating any new project initiatives that maybe implemented i.e. IT/Admin/Ops related etc.
8) V V I P Escort Officer, Escorting the VIP's right from the airport to their destined destinations, Arrange security for them until their stay, Certified protection driver, Escort them to their various destinations for meetings etc, Arrange vehicle, body guards, security equipments and other vitalities, repare the invoice and collecting payment too.
9) Selecting, screening interviewing of qualified security guards, supervisors, inspectors, control room staff and loss prevention staff etc. as required by sales and operations on daily basis and handing over them to training department.
