Roles & Responsibilities (Software Systems - Quickbook and Tally ERP 9)
* Responsible for preparation and presentation of monthly and annual financial statements.
* Prepare monthly, annual budgets and help to implement strategies for cost savings.
* Prepare monthly / annual variance and trend analyses reports (sales & expenses) to management
* Follow-up and implement strategies for debtor collections and Pay vendors on appropriate manner.
* Make necessary daily / monthly / periodic entries in ERP System
* Participating to monthly meetings.
* Evaluating branch efficiency in achieving sales targets and budgetary compliances
* Preparation of management adhoc reports on request
Roles & Responsibilities (Software Systems - Tailor-Made Software)
* Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
* Documents financial transactions by entering account information
* Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss
statement, and other reports. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting
disbursements.
