Responsible about the HRMS (Menalite HR system) by implementing the system and managing it (for all the group nine branches).
Responsible about the payroll process by adding transactions, calculating Salaries and checking the calculations for all the group branches with the accounting department.
Recruiting new colleagues by posting job vacancies, head hunting, recruiting through recruitment agencies, interviewing by phone and face to face and preparing job offers.
Developing customized evaluation and KPI’s.
Preparing job description according to position responsibilities and duties.
Excellent Knowledge about preparing colleagues’ training according the job competencies, Gap Analysis and training needs.
Excellent knowledge in Social security law, (The contact person with the social security institute)
Excellent understanding of the income tax and labor law regulation.
Answering the colleagues’ inquiries (Annual settlements, vacations, salaries and any inquiry from the employees).
Solving colleagues’ issues by listening to them and advising them, and taking actions if needed.
Preparing official papers.
Managing the ISO 9001 project and achieve excellent score for the company (I have ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate).
Excellent knowledge about setting the company’s strategy in all levels (Corporate level, Business Level and Functional level) and currently working as project coordinator in implementing the company’s strategy with the consulting firm.
Personal projects (Creating the Golden Circle for the company, establishing the company’s library and sending self-development videos on weekly basis to all colleagues.)
Leading the (cloud HRMS) implementation team by distributing the projects, tasks, follow up and advise the team members.
Implementing the Menalite system (Cloud HRMS and self-services System) for the clients.
Give training session to the clients to be able to work on all system functions.
Support the clients by solving their issues and answering inquiries by phone and emails.
Excellent understanding of the income tax, social security and labor law regulation.
Excellent knowledge in all rules related to vacations and leaves, in addition to all personnel related issues.
Helping to developing the system by requesting new features to be added to the system.
Excellent knowledge in cloud based applications.
Dealing with clients’ phone calls and e-mails to solve their issues.
Visit clients to support and give training sessions.

*** I Started with Menaitech as a Trainee then I got hired as (HR Functional Support) then when the company established the Cloud Department - I was transferred to it and my title changed to Cloud (HR) Functional Consultant after one year I was acting as the Team Leader then I got promoted to Senior Functional Consultant with the duties of Team Leader.
