I encountered many patients who spoke limited or no English, making it challenging for them to effectively communicate their symptoms, concerns, and medical history to healthcare providers. Recognizing the importance of clear communication in delivering quality healthcare, I stepped in to bridge the language barrier and ensure that patients received the care they needed.
