Responsible for preparing the monthly pension report for Emarati employees
Posting and advertising for open positions in free social media mediums in order to Minimize the cost of recruitment
Arranging for Interviews, Initial screening the candidates, helping in recruitment and staffing processes, conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule appointments with the Management team.
Personnel Management (preparation of Job Descriptions and job evaluation process assessment), review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers.
Process Ticket Bookings for employees, check travel and tour expenses and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts
Coordinate with Bank for Bank Account opening for employees and resolve Bank issues related to employee’s Salary with the Bank.
Managing all insurance affairs including renewals, claims, etc. of Company employees
Handling day-today administrative functions such as issuing Salary certificates, Probation reviews, Leave plan updates, handling Employee files, assisting paymaster in preparing the payroll.
Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment and full & final settlements.
Overseeing and responsible for all immigration related work such as visa and work permit matters
Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary and escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue in order to advised managers on employee relations.
Successful implementation of first aid arrangement to
Prepare all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates, offer and confirmation for employees. Implement and administer performance management process as per the PMS policy and time lines.
