A- Training Coordination:
-Receive the training order from the Business Development Department.
-Coordinate the logistics of the training sessions including the following
- Follow the check list before & after the session.
- Hotels reservations (meeting room, coffee breaks, lunch).
- Order materials from store
- Prepare the participant’s attendance sheet.
- Prepare participant’s certificates.
- Prepare & collect contact Info sheet.
- Handle the equipment before, during & after the session.
- Consolidate the participant’s feedback through the evaluation system.
