• Preparing formal document requirements as well as processes for immigration in accordance with immigration regulations in Dubai.
•Coordinating with immigration attorneys and complete paperwork as required.
•Tracking visa/work permit progress via PRO in immigration.

•Submitting weekly reports for the daily activities of the PRO’s.
•Maintain database and files, manage departmental records, including crew flying reports, time reports, status forms and other reports;
•Prepare & edit correspondence, briefing material, draft reports and presentations to support internal and external communications.
•Manage the flow of documents and maintain records and files in order to facilitate records management and build a repository of materials and references for ongoing use.
•Dealing with the clients and providing the full information’s of hiring a maid and the occurring expenses.
•Drafting contracts to be signed.
•Follow up with the medicals & contract duration.
