Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
Establishing recruiting requirements by studying recruitment plan & objectives, meeting with managers to discuss business needs.
Follow up on new requirements, Screening candidates & recruitment processes.
Ensure the compliance & adherence to Company Policies & Procedures in the area of recruitment.
Advertising & conduct initial screening of overseas or local applicants.
Initiating agreed employments offers & manage pre-employment documentation & Procedures.
