-Studying, Classifying the Delayed Projects, analyzing the Root Causes of Delays, related issues, and proposing Corrective Actions to keep those Projects ongoing.
- Following the current projects execution effectively and preparing site visit reports including corrective actions (Quality, safety, scheduling, cost, risk & other project management plans) regarding to recommendations of PMO team.
-Evaluating and Determining the Progress % for all Projects within Riyadh Municipality and the affiliated Municipalities.
-Making sure that the initiatives meet the strategic planning for a Riyadh Municipality
- Identifying the expected risks and reorganization projects priorities.
- Managing all introductory and periodic meetings with Riyadh municipality stakeholders.
-Training & evaluating the Employees of Riyadh Municipality and the affiliated Municipalities and measuring how they fit in order to manage their Projects.
-Developing prequalification Criteria of contractors & consultants as per Targets of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and proposal of related department
-Responding to the targeted bidder’s quarries of RFPs on the Etemad platform
-preparing technical evaluation report of targeted bidders (contractors & consultants) regarding to approved prequalification criteria

Duties are included the following points:
-Managing work team (road, storm, electrical, GIS, Safety & Quality control Departments) and distribution tasks and managing periodical meeting with stockholders.
-Following preparation of (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly & issues) reports of consultant and contractor.
