Plan, coordinate, issue and monitor journey management plans of Saudi operation Employees and assets as per company guidelines.
Refers to Journey Risk Assessment process in the JMP to assess proposed new route as well as review existing routes with the aim to ensure routes are properly assessed for safety and security
To identify and capture all routine and non-routine journeys on the Journey Management Route Plan and perform regular update of their status so that the plan shows up-to-date vehicle movements and locations
Coordinate the assignment of the allocated vehicles and maintain the journey management log.
Implement and coordinate Drivers working schedule, coordinate their leave plans and maintain the overtime register.
Socialise the JMP and explain the key policies to the lease vehicles companies (mobile phones policy, seat belt policies etc.). Ensure that Journey management safety induction to drivers are conducted, in particularly to familiarise drivers
Be the SS 7 contact point for employees, lease vehicles companies and their drivers for all matters related to journey management. Ensure drivers report start-end of journeys
Maintain all records, standard and licensing for drivers.
Maintain vehicles registration and maintenance schedules.
Perform Company and 3rd party contractor vehicles inspections prior to journey to assure they are meeting the Company and customer vehicle safety and road worthiness requirements.
Initiate a search in case of vehicle incident, man lost or other emergency situations
Support representative in vehicle accident investigations
Develop an updates road survey and assure continuous inspection
Communicate and coordinate with other departments to assure operation needs are met
Print and laminate vehicle safety leaflets and pass them to the lease vehicle companies to be placed inside vehicles assigned to take SS7 personnel.
Assure the application of the NCR procedures when needed and as per the process flow requirements Comply with all the company's legal, HR, Quality and HSE and all other policies, procedures and departmental work instructions
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Send verbal and written standing instructions to drivers and their companies respectively to divert vehicle onto new route in the event that a pre-designated route becomes unsafe.
Socialise the Pre-Journey Checklist with all drivers and conducts regular checks to ensure the implementation of the checklist.
Subsea7 owned/ leased vehicle PPM/insurance and roadworthiness/certification
Managing infringement notices
Managing non compliances (quarantined vehicles and disqualification of drivers)

To insure that all the company's journeys and trips to oil field and various location are complaint with Baker Hughes strict HSE and safety policy, as a journey management coordinator I have the sole right and power to stop any trip that I deemed unsafe and deviated from the company's safety policy. As a part of my job, I was responsible of monitoring and tracking a vast fleet of Baker Hughes vehicles and its contractors in ( Saudi Arabia - Kuwait - Bahrain - Qatar - United Arab Emirates - Oman - Yemen - India and Pakistan ) and make sure that each single trip adhere the company's HSE policy and make sure ( and verify ) that each trip reached its destination safely . Also it was my responsibility to create daily - weekly and monthly reports for each country separately ( KPI reports and RAG reports ) using Mixtelematics monitoring system to deliver them to Baker Hughes HSE director to work further on achieving the targeted 0 accidents and perfect HSE company . And also lays within my responsibility to coordinate with the company's various departments and product lines coordinators to insure that they adhere the safety policy, through rejecting trips or provide and advisory and consultant roles to the departments, and making sure that modification are made to the journeys to rectify any concern of they're safety . Also as a Journey Management Coordinator, I worked with the security department to create and new system keep track of not only the company's land based journeys, but also any flight arriving or departing from Saudi Arabia and keep a data base of each company personnel who is flying for company duty along with the land based trips data base. Also at Baker Hughes, I took light vehicle driving assessment certificate via a course done by Mix Telematics. during the course which took place at Baker Hughes Main Base in Dhahran, i was assigned as an assistant to the trainer for the course as I helped him conducting the course and helped the assessor by translating the course and slides to the attendees form English to Arabic and vice versa thus gaining the knowledge and the know-how skills to cover of all Baker Hughes driving safety policy.
