To manage the whole recruitment, assessment and selection process to ensure that the Bank has the right people at the right time and in the right place according to HC workforce plan, budget and business needs and enable the Bank to achieve its corporate strategies and objectives. 1. Resourcing Plans: Build and secure the approval of resourcing and selection plans in coordination with POD Department. Coordinate with Business Partner Manager on line of business and female resourcing needs  Leverage internal available resources to fill vacant positions. 2. Resourcing Processes: Build and improve resourcing policies, procedures, and processes in line with Ministry of Labour and other legal bodies’ requirements. Develop E-resourcing process to manage applicants’ database. Build and develop selection and assessment process to filter CVs received from job applicants. Monitor internal and external hiring processes to ensure timely resourcing for vacant positions. Ensure that all resourcing services are provided within established and approved standards. 3. Policies and Procedures Development: Build and update resourcing policies and procedures of handling Saudi & international applicants according to labour, immigration, and other required legal laws in KSA. Issue Service Level Agreement (SLA) with local & external resourcing agencies to ensure the quality of services they provide to the Bank. Ensure that all resourcing services are provided with in the required standards (time and accuracy). 4. Employee Offers, Contracts and On-boarding: Issue employee offers, contracts, and ensure smooth on-boarding process. Oversee timely and proper conduct of the procedures. 5. Relationships Management: Build and manage relationships with resourcing agencies and educational institutions. Participate and support resourcing events by sponsoring events and by representing the bank at resourcing fairs and other events to attract talent from the local market.

- Only one level between me and the CEO. The company is almost 26 years old, and has more than 7000 employees.
