Measuring the productivity rate and CPI for all workers and project activities
Coordinate and integrate with all departments, sections, sub-contractors,
consultant and clients.
Overseeing and analyzing the accounting, costing and billing for the project.
Carrying out risk assessment.
Monitoring the production rate for all sub-contractors.
Conduct and Responsible for all payment invoices for all sub-contractors.

Compound of 10 villas with security house, substation and water tanks with green
and parking areas and other four Villas are separated in Gharafa and Ain khaled.
* AlSad Building Project:(B+G+7F): 38 Million Riyal Qatary
It’s Building of 7 storeys contain of 72 resident apartments with diesel tank and
electric room in approx. 1100 m2 with depth 5.5 meter and more than 70 parking
cars with high level standard of finishing.

Old Hospital Strengthen.
The Extended hospital built up area 80000 M2 with more than 300 beds .
The Main Building consists of 5 parts (A1, A2, B, C, D) each part is about
4000 m2 with 14 storeys.
3 parts for service Buildings (S1, S2, S3) each part is about 2000 M2 and
Parking building with Conveyor Steel Bridge to the Main Building (part C and
D) with 750 meter long and a Five Stars Hotel Building(44 rooms) and Physio
Therapy (Under Construction).
Part S1 for electricity and kitchen Building, S2 for cure treatment.
Part S3 is an Under Ground water and Diesel Tank with 5.00 m depth and
each area 2000 m3.
Bored piles 30m depth with 80cm diameter including pile load test.
Retaining secant piles of Old Wady El Nil Hospital (R.C and bentonite)
And retaining tangent secant piles of Hospital fence (R.C only) includes
connecting beam with retaining wall with height 6m.
Dewatering system consists of 25m deep wells with more than Seven
submersible pumps which withdraw more than500m3/hr underground
water, 15m deep for 3 piezometers, 400m steel pipes with 100mm diameter,
260 m steel.
Pipes with 250mm diameter, 700m PVC with 400mm diameter including
sedimentation chamber, Soil Cut up to approximately 5.65 m depth.
Part C, D; Raft footing, plain raft footing 40 cm, reinforced raft 30 cm, and
reinforced footing.
Part B and A2 have
Basement Floor (Steel Scaffolding (SGB; SCAFOLDING GREAT BRITAIN)) with
special design for some parts like Linear accelerator(nuclear radiation room
2 millions L.E )
Rehabilitation for more than 180 Youth Centers including providing them
with Computers and all tools necessary, Finishes such as marble, curtain
walls, wooden walls and painting walls ceiling ….etc
