• Assisting the staff to maintain various of electronic/instrument equipments. Evaluating and monitoring day-to-day work schedules for maintenance staff. Carrying out planned and breakdown maintenance on assigned electronic/instrument equipments with delegated maintenance team.
• Responsible for diagnosing the sophisticated computerized control system and fire alarm detection system etc. using modern software. Improving and training the staff to maintain electronic/instrument equipments and devices.
• Leading a multi-functional team of Senior-Technicians and Technicians. Selecting training and improving the staff to maintain BMS, DDC, ACS, PTS, CCTV, PLC and electronic/instrument equipments.
• Advising analyzing and troubleshooting electronic/instrument equipments. Providing maintenance and fault repair for areas of responsibly.
• Writing and preparing the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) procedures and drawings for electronic/instrument equipments.
• Train faculty and staff on multimedia equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned
