Ensure full compliance of decision-making processes related to the design and modifications of the
enterprise architecture with internal and external governance rules and processes

Direct domain architects to selectively check adherence of selected solution designs to architecture
principles and standards.

Collect requests for exceptions or deviations from Enterprise Architecture principles and guidelines.

Follow up on the decision made by the relevant Governance body to ensure all conditional prerequisites for the granting of the exception has been met.

Audit EA repositories to ensure integrity, quality, completeness, and relevance of stored information
and artifacts.

Build KPIs, Dashboard, and reports for senior management.

Prepare and review RFPs required by the department.

Tracking assets and explore opportunities for maximizing or exploiting unused or partially used software & hardware
assets to achieve full efficiency and ROI from company resources.
Monitor and analyze trends in company spending and inventory control in order to make recommendations for the
future, and to identify areas for possible savings and/or asset optimization.
 Leading and managing the IT Assets Portfolio Projects.
 Aligning with the corporate objectives by executing asset management development and implementation
projects.
 Managing and leading the Strategic planning initiatives, which result in consolidating and unifying the
solutions & services.
 Identifying the need of IT assets and discussion making on the Acquisition of assets with alignment of
Technology Roadmap and Strategy Plan.
 Adhering to organizational process, policies and quality standards.
 Leading the function to remediate the GAP’s and non-compliance issues.
 Handling STC Technology asset lifecycle Management Project.
 Closely monitoring and making a right alignment and decision on the systems (Flexera, CMDB and ADDM)
enhancement projects.
Managing the team of Asset professionals with assigned KPI’s.
 Part of KPI is to optimize the Software licenses by identifying the saving opportunities.
 Leading and Supporting Asset transformation program (ATP) which results in managing the Software
Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle from data quality, data
accuracy, Governance and compliance point of view.

+Manage virtual and physical servers with Windows Server 2008 - 2016 and RHEL operating systems.
+Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and server and workstation patching.
+Ensure the security of the server infrastructure by implementing industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
+Develop and maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
+Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices.
+Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
+Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and department managers.
+Coordinate with network engineering, business application, and database administration functions to implement desktop and server systems that utilize industry best practices to meet corporate objectives.

·Responsible for maintaining the agreed SLAs of clients IT infrastructure supporting.
·Communicates with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware, and operations problems.
·Coordinating the planning, installation, testing and maintenance of equipment/products, and the development and implementation of disaster/recovery procedures.
·Responsible for troubleshooting of backup and recovery related issues.
