Responsibilities
- Commercial/ Retail underwriting - All motor insurance as well non-motor LOB like fire, , misc. insurance etc.
- Scrutiny of proposals
- Approval of Rates for motor.
- Co-ordination with marketing team in preparing Quotes for large risk under
Motor.
- Provide technical support to marketing team
- Training to the agents, franchises, brokers etc. for Personal and commercial lines.
- Product wise training to our staff on regular basis as well commercial line underwriting
- Analyzing the total profile of clients in providing competitive rates for non-tariff
products
- Assessing the risk of corporate motor insurance and acceptance of proposals
- Preparation of premium quotation of large corporate clients
- Handling renewal of corporate A/C
- Co-ordination with brokers & agents for their queries specially one of larger client in AXA which is ALJ Abdul-LatifJamel.
- Co-ordination with large corporate for their u/w .
Collecting Money from customers
In Personnel department.
- Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
- Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
- Provides pricing and delivery information, processes orders, and prepares cash reports.
- Sets up new accounts, maintains records, prepares reports and performs work processing assignments and related clerical duties.
