- Determine project scope with the help of sponsor.
- Create Project Management Plan based on input from experts, sponsor and historical information
- Create a bought in Project Schedule which defines the activities, their sequence, cost and resources which lead the project to success.
- Manage Risks identification and scoring processes that helps to see what the project might face and incorporate that information into the Project Management Plans.
- Develop Project team and set their skills, training needs, cost and time allocated for the project.
- Recruit, interview and select project team which the required technical skills needed for the project.
- Contact, negotiate & agree with external vendors when the project needs it to conduct parts of project work.
- Execute the project according to the project plan
- Establish process in the project to assure that information is captured and stored.
- Generate reports suitable to executive management to view status, performance and forecasts of the project.
- Monitor and follow up with the project and make adjustments, workarounds, or changes when suitable to keep the project on track.
- Meet, motivate and follow up with project management team to remove any obstacles they are facing for better performance.
- Establish reward and recognition system which help boost project team performance to finish the project with acceptable results.
- Continuously review and Quality of the project deliverables to assure they are matching requirements.
- Close the project, getting customer acceptance, conduct lessons learned session and archive project documents and information.
Working as a part time employee, I was responsible for the following tasks:
- Developing law office management system from scratch to meet the office needs and increase office case capacity and productivity. The project of developing the system includes business analysis work, project management, development, testing and support. The project started as a graduation project on 2010 however, it continued to evolve and used up to present date.
- Increase technical awareness and settings IT related policies in the office.
- Interviewing candidates and assist technical and IT knowledge.
During the Masters studies, I contributed with the Saudi Club in Greensboro, which is a club made to help new comers Saudi students to settle in the city, conduct various social and sports activities and represent the Saudi students in the universities. During my work there I’ve indulged in the following activities:
• Designing the website for the Club. I’ve used Google sites to create the website. The website is very dynamic and visitors can use the website to register their emails to the club’s mailing list. The website also has other functionalities such as filling forms to ask questions, or request an airport reception for new students. The website has an interactive map where they can see POI in the city.
• Organizing for several events such as Eid Aladha for 2010, the club’s New Students Reception Meeting for 2010, and new Saudi Club Presidential Election Meeting for 2010.
• Contributed in the University’s International Day, which is a day for international student’s to show the visitors about their cultures and countries. I took port in that event in representing Saudi Arabia and respond to visitor’s questions and comments.

- Participated in designing and implementing a recruitment work chart which included designing various forms such as interview report form, hiring approval form, etc.
