Create specialized chemical fluids in which be used in different stages of the drilling process.
Conduct in-depth standardized tests during the drilling process and use a variety of methods to change the mud's chemical and physical properties.
Prepare daily and monthly reports related to mud properties, logistics, and chemical inventory.
Exhibit and promote safety leadership to mud crew; leading by example, doing things right the first time, avoiding short cuts and coaching crew personnel on safe work habits.
Coordinate all fluid system activities to minimize costs and ensure satisfied customers.

Being active technical assistant to teach undergraduate students for single-screw Extrusion and Injection Molding operations as well as other several chemical and mechanical analyzers such as TGA, DSC, Impedance Spectroscopy, NMR 500 MHz, ASTM, DMA
Oversees and coordinates all production activities including establishing schedules and ensuring effective use and optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Ensure continuous and efficient production of quality products in line with specifications and set standards. Develop plans and strategies for improvement to increase the efficiency of all production activities. Schedules preventive maintenance work and coordinates with maintenance personnel for repair and servicing of equipment and other types of machinery. Submits a monthly report to the VP - Manufacturing is indicating all activities accomplished, stock inventory, production output and other Institutes program for supervisors and personnel, particularly on productivity, quality, maintenance, and cost reduction. Increased slip production through increased ball mill cycle to 2.0 per day by continuously reducing milling time and thus reduces energy cost. Increased powder production at 10 tons/hr through increased spray-drying efficiency by consistently spraying slip at higher density (1.63 - 1.67 gm/ml) and thus reduces energy cost. Suggested and implemented Aspen plus for ultimate optimization purpose thus, the qualitative and quantitative stock increased 95% to 97.3%.
