● Quality Assurance engineer in the printing cell responsible for :
1- Product control
Responsible for test compliance for all product and performing the regular maintains on the test equipment and assuring it is working at optimal level .Also, perfuming all the calibration periodically
2- Process control
Responsible for controlling all process parameter and the assurance of zero defect production, Also, lead teams to solve all process parameter related issue using 12 step kaizan and FMEA .Also, updating QA matrices and identify all the quality point and critical condition and assuring it is always with the specification limit .

the program is for a whole year . the trainee must go over all the main function in the company including production, maintenance and quality . Also, the trainee has to take introductory courses about the company support function such as IT, HR . By the end of the program the trainee will be assign to one of the department to work in that department

During seven mounts period with Saudi Aramco LPD loss prevention department (LPD) I was a part of the technical service unit (TSU) .In TSU I got the chance to work with two different groups. The first group is the statistical group which is responsible for collecting all the data regarding Saudi Aramco Lost Time Injury/Illness Case (LTI), Restricted Duty Injury/Illness Case (RDI), Medical Treatment Injury/Illness Case (MTC), First Aid Injury Case (FAI) and MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT (MVA). After collecting the data we perform trend analysis. Also, there are several reports regarding the statistics which are weekly, monthly and quarterly. The second group was the risk assessment group which mainly was responsible for performing Quantity risk assessment (QRA) among all Saudi Aramco fields.
