Manage IT operation teams providing 24/7 IT infrastructure services, including provisioning and maintenance for the following:

Address IT operations risks and execute gap analysis and mitigate them

• Management of IT staff providing all systems administration duties for Windows, UNIX and Linux platforms of one of the fastest-growing telecommunications provider in the world.

• Member of design team of Export Sales SAP system project. The project integrated 14 existing systems running the ARAMCO export sales business. The Hydro Carbon Supply Chain Project covers Saudi Aramco business processes for Export sales and production planning.
• Participated in all phases of the HSCM Project including Blue Prints, Prototyping Sessions, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Completed the Configuration and customizing tasks in SD and IS-Oil.
