- Managing and Controlling the Enterprise GIS project for MCIT/CITC stakeholders, aligning the requirements analysis with main project strategic objectives.
- Enabling and Monitoring the progress of the EGIS, providing logistic and technical analysis for all parties, become an interface between the users and the developer ( ESRI vendor ).
- Leading the TSDI initiative across kingdom Team leading an expert consultant to drive the telecom SDI initiative to standardize, format, and unify a framework on the spatial data among telecom operators and CITC.
- Capturing and Analyzing all Telecom Operators processes on permits and fees procedures for the entire kingdom wide municipalities and address their gaps, prior to align with the newly to-be-deployed unified and automated process.
- Representing MCIT as a strategic user in the NSDI (National Spatial Data Infrastructure) committee which is implemented under GCS, the committee included multiple business sessions to verify all the needs of government
entities who utilize geospatial data.
-initiating strategic agreements with different external entities working as a focal point for strategic alignments on variety of subjects such as: Ministry of Housing projects telecom infrastructure and NPMO white book.

A project Manager in the Field Operation sector, Systems Operations. The role is to make sure that the systems work efficiently and add enhancements to ensure an easy implementation and to save time, cost, and efforts through designing, writing, and presenting requirements to IT or specific vendors whom familiar with the systems infrastructure and willing to execute/deliver some designated requirements.

Detailed:

-Collecting functional and non functional requirements from systems end users in clear and precise details.

-Initiating projects to reduce human/system errors and help the external customer of FO in best time frame.

-Working with and applying PM process, inputs, outputs, techniques

- Applying very strong communication skills with different stakeholders to minimize time delays and conflicts.

- Good knowledge of the IT/Telecom infrastructure in STC with the huge number of Network/IT systems.

-Well organized planning for risk management, the ability to make critical decisions in unexpected obstacles.

- Putting the order of the high loads of requests/initiatives and giving the priority to the crucial change impact.
