Reporting the KSA Head of HR. Led a team of 7 employees. Acted as a Business Partner and extended comprehensive strategic and tactical HR support for Commercial, Business Enablement and Supply Chain business units comprising 3 plants, and 8 distribution centers across KSA with a total HC exceeding 2000 generating an annual revenue of 2 Billion SAR.
Key Accomplishments:
- Contributed to more than 3.6 Million SAR of workforce cost savings in 2022.
- Expanded the company’s onshore & offshore outsourcing alliances by more than 130%

- Initiated and led the Data Unification project across KSA that resulted to the accuracy of organisational job categories, internal channels, job allocation, and cost centres.

- Recruited more than 90 employees in 2020, which resulted in 25% headcount growth.
