•Credential in establishing a complete IT department from A to Z with all required policies, procedures, team recruitment, infrastructure, services, unified communication and ERP SAP solution for a company with more than 800 employees and multiple site offices. The most challenging part that the main office is in a remote area and lack ISP infrastructure and services.
•Provide all required services by using the latest state of art technologies & hardware platforms.
•Develop and implement IT strategies to support the financial and business plans.
•Actively participate in the development of IT policies and practices to meet the objectives and goals.
•Astutely adding many services & applications for the company considering the extremely difficult environment of plant location & non-availability of suppliers, infrastructure & resources in that location.
•Full accountability in all IT projects & business needs, subjected to full technical and commercial analysis considering evaluation matrix, RFI, RFQ, RFP and final contract agreement.
•Facilitate new websites (Internet/Intranet) in-house development.
•Independently establishing network infrastructure based on Cisco switches and routers including 4507, 3750, 2960 and implementing network monitoring & management utilities.
•Instrumental in connecting areas inside the plant using point to point as quick & reliable solution.
•Meticulously adding a WAN load balancer & links bonding to improve the speed and stability as there is no STC infrastructure in that area up to date and no fiber network also.
•Pivotal in serving different plant locations with wireless sector antennas and establishing a VPN link between the company offices.
•Implementing CCTV system, IP based, for the company plant at the site and also for the main office.
•Successfully replacing old file servers with HP NAS storages and evaluating user needs and system functionalities.
•Pioneer in implementing trucks management & a control system with RFID.
•A member of evaluation team for the Cut and Bend project supplier selection for automation systems.
•Proficiently handle assessment and analysis of cloud backup solutions for important data files.
•Recognize for successful implementation of Unified communication with video conferencing that minimized the travels between sites and it was a case study published in the Saudi Gazette newspaper as the case was special.
•Providing advisory services to clients in selecting appropriate ERP systems by proper functional evaluation, hardware, software and other infrastructure requirements.

-Successfully developed & implemented a Service Request Portal (SRP) web based system with Dashboards (e.g. IT, HR, Recruitment & Administration) that helped to eliminate many papers work plus automating several company forms.

- Developing Air Tickets tracking systems with Al-Fursan invoices to enhance/improve the validation/payment for Al-Fursan invoices.
- Enhancing the agreement with mail courier (FedEx) to ensure better & quick delivery services between our offices.
- Creating an agreement with Telecom provider to supply the company with more than 300 mobiles SIM for group use, with special pricing and services.
- Supervising & leading the group activities while establishing & finishing the new company offices in Business Gate, Riyadh.
- Professionally managing the employees’ movements from the old company offices to new location at Business Gate in Riyadh, and ensuring the readiness of all required services in new location in very short period.
- Proper planning & arrangements for other employees’ mobilization to plant location or other offices.
- Successful establishment of three new offices with all requirements in Jeddah and Abha.

- All campaigns consists of Opening Ceremony with presence of President / GMs, Presentations, Movies or Short Clips Internally made, Exhibitions, Leaflet, brochures, Banners, ...etc.
- Leading the department team for Open Day where we have more than 1500 employees as our guests, and arranging all needs to conduct several activities during this day.
- Successfully produced more than 5 professional movies about HADEED plants and production, were displayed in big events like SABIC Technical Meeting (STM-8) with the presence of SABIC CEO and senior management .
- Honored to be the one who did the HADEED standard presentation & introduction movie (as per the president request), that were used for HADEED guests during the tour in the bus and reception auditorium .
- Published several news letter for Plants production records (annual/daily/monthly/weekly) and for many other activities .
- Team leader for editing & designing the Division Annual reports for years (2007/2008/2009), and finally publishing it online.
- Key Member for Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) committee from (2008 - 2011), were i was leading one big campaign, Home Safety Campaign. We did produce 5 movies in DVD along with safety booklet, Kids drawing book with nice CD, and distributed it for more than 3500 employees.
- Also, during SHE committee, I was involved in Jubail Industrial College (JIC) Car Safety Campgin with the whole team for 3 days.
