- Meet with clients to validate and gather business requirements.
- Build business and system requirements documents which include use cases, project scope, business process diagrams, sequence diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, etc.
- Create and Present prototype and requirement documents to the client to get approvals.
- Clarify project requirements to the development team in daily stand-up meetings.
- Support quality assurance team and explain the requirements to prepare test cases.
- Conducting user acceptance testing with the client to show the project before launching. Provide pilot versions in some services.
- Accommodate with the operation team ahead of launching new services to transfer knowledge regarding these services.
