Have worked as Account Manager in EBU (Saudi Data Sector) and this includes: managing clients’ accounts, giving network solutions and selling Data services such as: Leased lines-IP-VPN(MPLS) and Frame Relay.
During my 8 years experience I have worked in so many projects, starting as a Help Desk Staff to Senior
Network Engineer.
Following are some of the projects I worked on recently:
STC Jeddah Nuzlah Campus Network Enhancement :I was in charge of Implementation testing & Quality assurance
STC Subscription Offices Expansion: I was in charge of installing network equipments(Cisco router2611XM, Switch 2950 & PIX firewall in 20 new offices like Safa Office & Salama Al Jawwal office
High Speed Backbone(HSBB)for STC :I participated in Giga Switch Router GSR12000 installation and connected it through STM1 link with the GSR12000 in Riyadh
STC Jeddah Data Center: I was involved in integration JDC with STC enterprise network, also I was in charge of activation & testing OC3 (STM1)links between Jeddah data Center & Riyadh Data center
Call Center Expansion :Jeddah Call Centers (905, 902, 907&904) is one pf the biggest location that I worked with, where they have around 1000 operators, 40 switches, 10 routers and 10 firewall (PIX, Juniper, Symantec..)
PKI Project ( Public Key Infrastructure ) : Administrator for PKI systems in west region.
Anti Virus Project : Install new Trend Micro Office Scan System in all Jeddah City.
Upgrade Exchange Server from ver 5.5 2000 .
Upgrade STC domain Controller from NT4 to Win2000 Advanced Server.
Install local file server.
Implementing Alterias project for the STC West region (such as, software delivery + remote access)
Work with security Group to Install cybergard fire Wall at 902, 905 & 907 in STC Jeddah Campus
