- Managing, Operating, Maintaining and Enhancing IT Infrastructure including IT data centers, servers, storage, systems, network and telecommunications and ensuring maximum alignment with business goals.

- Install, congure, test and maintain operating systems of all servers (Windows, Linux) and systems management tools.
- Administering Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Departmental Share Folder.
- Administering and troubleshooting data center virtualization (VMware vSphere, VMware vCenter, Hyper-V and VMM).
- Conguring, administering and maintaining SAN Storage, SAN Network/Switches, HPE Enclosures, Blade Servers, Onboard Administrator, Virtual Connects and HPE OneView.
- Administering Backup Systems using HP Data Protector and VEEAM.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, redundancy and disaster recovery strategies.
- Managing and handle IT infrastructure projects.
- Providing 2nd level support to IT helpdesk.
- Professional Development Program (PDP) Engineer, The program provides a series of tailored development assignments along with related technical and so skills courses.
- General IT Work Skills. Health, Safety and Environment.
- Technical development assignments was covering the administration of Servers, Storage, Desktop, printers and end user support.
- Advanced part of the PDP was covering the support of Exchange and Active Directory Systems, Networks, IT Security, Voice Communications, Backups and Disaster Recovery as well as getting involved in IT Master Planning, Contracts, Projects Management.
