❖ Completed 177 flowlines of Revalidation & Mothballing activities.
❖ Completed 129 gas wells of Stripping out & Remanifolding activities.
❖ Completed 3 shutdowns at HGP, Saudi Aramco Hawiyah Gas Plant.
❖ Awarded for the reduction of the project petty cash expenses to 50% less.

Key Responsibilities:
❖ Overseeing all aspects of a project, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and reporting.
❖ Close coordination with the clients to achieve their yearly, monthly, and weekly target.
❖ Supervise transportation coordinators on mobilization/de-mobilization of manpower to their assigned task locations.
❖ Overseeing workflow and ensure staff supports groups’ foremen and WPR’s with instructions, manpower, materials, transportation, and equipment, to ensure that each task is finished within the deadline.
❖ Fully support to the project manager to achieve our target.
❖ Fully support to Aramco’s operation and maintenance regarding their site requirements.

❖ Contributed to implementing coordinated efforts for maintenance, installation, operation, repair, and designing to curb machine breakdowns, reduce the rejection rate, realize operational efficiencies, control variability, and costs.
❖ Played a key role in developing OSHA training programs and effectively controlling workplace hazards and risks.

❖ Managing daily production line setting, providing requisite resources (Personnel/machinery/equipment), enforcing

❖ Monitoring by routine self-inspections, site visits, audits, reviews, etc., and suggesting measures for continuous improvement in addition to troubleshooting.
