Quality Assurance:
• Create a governing structure.
• Authority matrix, responsibility matrix and communication matrix.

Vend Relation Management:

• Applying procurement best practices and make sure compliance with company policy and procedure.
• Create RFP/RFQ/RFI as per request and review scope of work to assure alignment with company strategy and all elements (objective, deliverables, technical criteria, KPI etc…) are there for bidders to propose as per need.
• Continues communications with bidders to assure full understanding of scope.
• Negotiate with bidders to get better prices.
• Choose best type of contract.
