Services Contracts for all Sinopec’s Workover & Drilling Rigs with Sinopec Services (15 Rigs).
• Made Business Plan SGPS (JV between Sinopec & Triple E), presented and was approved
for implementation.
• Drilling Rig Leasing & Purchase Contracts between Sinopec Service & SGPS.
• Assigned the Responsibility of All Triple e’s Support Services (Rig Move, Sewage,
Fuel, and Water Transport, Locations Construction, and Heavy Equipment’s Rental).
• Documented & Implemented Weekly Services Updates reporting and Service Quality
Meetings (Monthly, and weekly).
• Documented & Implemented Services Agreements Renewal Process with Sinopec Service &
Subcontractors. (Long Negotiation Process).
