Project summary:
TBC Schools project It is a PPP Schools project (Public Private, Partnership, Program) involves the design, build, commissioning, financing, maintenance, insure and transfer of Sixty (60) schools and associated facilities in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. In Jeddah, 5 clusters sites will be developed over a Two-years period, and in Makkah, 7 Clusters will be developed over a three-year period.
Responsibilities:
❖ Ensure that Inspection and Testing were following Project Specifications, Approved drawings, and ITP. ❖ monitoring of all site execution and progress of work and to ensure materials used are approved. ❖ Follow-up site observation reports and non-conformity reports for closure. ❖ Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and provide technical solutions. ❖ Complete and report interim payment certificate (IPC) to the Quality manager.
❖ Monitor and complete Snag list.
Project summary:
Aqua Raffles Project, its project consists of two towers Residential tower with 53 floors and hotel tower with 23 floors and podium area involved swimming pools and gym and car parking area. I worked on this project as a mechanical site engineer for one year and four months providing supervision for Mechanical systems as Plumbing, HVAC, firefighting.
Responsibilities:
❖ Supervising and Coordinating Execution of MEP Works HVAC, Firefighting Systems, Plumbing System. ❖ Quantity takes off MEP for HVAC System, Included Equipment, Accessories and Fitting etc. ❖ Coordinating with civil, Electrical and Architects Construction team. ❖ Raise the work inspection Request & Material Requests. ❖ Preparation and Submission of as built drawings. ❖ Ensuring the Compliance with the Company Safety rules and regulations. ❖ Attend Project meetings to Collect and disseminate design information to site Supervisor on technical matters, Specifications, and work Progress, Review of work to be done/remaining etc. ❖ Prepare daily activity progress.
❖ Great and serve hotel guests.
❖ Respond for guests orders.
❖ complete check-in & check-out procedure.
❖ ensure all billing procedures are completed.
