Perform insulation resistance and continuity
Identify materials and components needed for installation

• Isolation of wires inside the tools checked by megger, and simpson.

• High voltage and, low voltage isolation checked against tool chassis.

• Performed the point-to-point and components test on tools by fluke and simpson to make sure there is no high resistance.

• Preventive maintenance of all open hole sonde tools.

• Disassemble and assemble of all open hole sonde tools.

• Record equipment number with required maintenance for each tool in SAP program

- Tested, troubleshot and calibrated equipment in shop and field.
- Obtained measurements and readings using volt and ohm meters, and meggers.
- Troubleshot inputs and outputs of ring main units.
- Documented all maintenance and repairs performed on equipment.
- Replaced fuses from mini pillar
