Establishing the employee relations and personnel affairs in the company, aligning and integrating the policies and procedures of the main company in Riyadh with the local regulations and rules of KSA.
Supervises processing of transactions regarding personnel affairs such as loans, end of service benefits, medical claims, leaves, overtime, relocation, GOSI, and other employs matters.
Manages all the activities and tasks in the Government Relations within the approved budgets and in line with the HR policies and procedures.
Monitors and controls issuance of business visas, visit visas, exit-r-entry visas and renewals of work permits (Iqamas) to company's employees.
Prepares and reviews reports as required by the Human Resources Division Head
Co-ordinates with all Group and Division Managers on matters and issues relating to local governmental rules and regulations
Maintains strong relationships with government and public sectors.
Preparing the monthly payroll sheet for all company staff, calculating the benefits and compensation of employees and coordinating with Finance Department on payment
Managing the training of company employees and coordinating with the Head Office of Dubai the allocated budget and training needs/plans.
Screens applications to see if the applicants meet the specified qualifications and other requirements of the post. Suitable candidates are then short listed for interviews by me and the HR Manager.
Maintains a high level of morale among employees by conducting regular performance appraisals and being always there for employees.

8. . Prepared MIS and AUM reports of Local and Regional Brokerage for Management.
9. Created local and International beneficiaries in e-Business System (Payment System) and handled queries received by RM related to MT103.
10. Handled stock reconciliation of local and regional markets on weekly and monthly basis and rectified in case there were errors.
11. Regularly updating the list of (StockDiv, Cash Div and Right Issue etc ) from various valid sources like Brokers, Bloomberg, Stock Exchange websites and Standard & Poor’s for SCSA’s funds and DPM’s Portfolio.
