Identify the resources required at each project stage to meet project objectives and negotiate the release of these resources with operational managers.
Assist in the development of strategies, policies, and processes across all functions that will help to achieve the project’s mission and core objectives.
Ensure that project start-up and shutdown mechanisms are efficient and effective.
Understand a project’s scope and create documents for project requirements.
Define, plan and coordinate work teams including coordinating the activities of cross-functional teams by leading through influence to ensure project timelines are met.
Provide strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for the successful implementation of project activities.
Collaborate with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the projects.
Lead in the development of strategies, policies, and processes across all functions that will help to achieve the project’s mission and core objectives.
Mobilize and motivate effective project teams; communicate effectively across teams and groups; reprioritize as necessary to address changes in the business and/or shifting needs.
Redesign master plan for Dammam housing project.
Review and approve the followings:
Landscape design from the design team.
Architects shop drawings from the contractor.
Material submittals.
Study the building design and establish bill of quantity (BOQ) for all architectural buildings drawings.
Design project site offices and supervise the construction activities until completion.
Develop 3d perspective design for Riyadh housing project.
Review, inspect and approve the work inspection requests (WIRs) at the site.
Obtain the approval, permits and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from authorities, municipalities and ministries prior starting project activities.
Coordinate between authorities, ministries, municipalities, contractor and the consulting to facilitate project activities.
Prepare all required drawings and documents to hand over the completed project to the authorities.
• Study the façade and supervise the construction activities for four (4) towers.
• Study 28 towers design and establish bill of quantities (BOQ).
