* Responsible for the smooth operation of entire relocation process, working closely with other specialist team members to ensure success and customer satisfaction
* Contact between clients & international agents, kept an open line of communication both by phone and email as well as providing reports to the customer to ensure the accuracy of inventory. Created and maintained accurate customer records and documentation with database.
* Responsible for the receiving and shipping of products; worked with warehouse personnel to assure the highest level of efficiency in the workflow.
* Keep Customers informed on the shipment status of their order, reconcile errors in a cost effective manner, resolve post-order issues such as returns and follows up to ensure all customer need are fulfilled.
* Developing new business targets and goals for the team to work towards, promoting customer service and company expansion.
* Arranging the shipment as consolidation and booking the container as per the cargo volume. Coordinating with warehouse team for loading & offloading containers and trailers.
* Requesting freight cost from shipping lines as well as checking with destination agent cost and calculating which is the most profit way on the shipping. Preparing Pre-advice note along with documentation and forward to destination agent as Pre-alert.
* Updating shipment status with company website and sending the tracking details to the B2C & B2B Clients.
* Preparing MBL & HBL for the group-age shipment and filing manifest with shipping line.
* Coordinating with destination agent all over the world on a regular basis to ensure the delivery & maintain quality log of the same.
* Responsible for scheduling the time of packing & removals and arranging the trucks with warehouse team.
* Coordinating with shipping line for the booking and arrange the CNTRs as per customer requirement, and coordinating with warehouse person for the loading & offloading.
* Preparing load list for the bill of loading.
* Preparing and verifying Shipping documents, Invoice, Packing list, Weight List, MBL & HBL, Export Declaration (ED), Bill of Entry, Certificate of Origin, Delivery Note & Legalized Documents as per the Letter of credit and customs & consignees requirements.
* Receive Pre-alerts/documents for inbound shipments, organizing and checking the import shipment documents while leasing with the shipping line informing the warehouse operations responsible person in a timely manner, thereby enabling the effective allocation of warehouse space.
* Follow up for timely clearance.
