Monitor H&S in DGDA WS project
1. Responsible to monitor HSE in Nayereyah Station by following HSE Policy, procedures and monitor HSE KPI’s with Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and annually Reports to the team, HSE Manager and board of directors.
2. Perform and lead Internal Audits for IMS ( ISO 45001, ISO 14001, 1SO 9001).
3. Support, advice and Participate in external audits. cipate in external Audits.
4. Accidents & Incidents Investigations with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
5. Provide advice and ensure HSE Prevention and corrective actions.
6. Provide Risk Assessments by areas and activities with review annually and when needed.
7. Provide Job Hazard Analysis ( JHA).
8. Provide HSE Gap Analysis.
9. Implement, Review and enhance HSE ( Trainings, Orientation, TBT’s, Safety Moments ) to employees and contractors.
10. Implement and enhance Emergency Response Plans, ERP ( 5 years Plan for Safety, Health, Environment and Security )
11. Perform ERP Training to the team and contractors.
12. Ensure HSSE Drills quarterly with evaluation reports according to ERP 5 years plan.
13. Act as incident commander in case of ERP.
14. Perform Monthly HSE meeting with the HSE, operation, maintenance, Project and Contractors. And review all HSE issues ( Safety Observations, Near Misses and Incidents, HSE KPI’s)
15. Review EH&S performance metrics and propose improvement opportunities
responsible for incident investigation and identifying the root causes of an incident and recommend proactive measure to prevent reoccurrence. • Conducting weekly and monthly QHSE Meetings to monitor the situation and advise the management to promote safety culture within the organization. • Coordinate and optimize EH&S programs and tools to assure priority areas are following internal EH&S policies, standards, management systems and priorities; industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Implement and execute the corporate EH&S audit strategic planning, design and focus. • Review EH&S performance metrics and propose improvement opportunities. • Lead and participate in internal and external EH&S audits and assessments. • Review incident investigations and corrective action process as a consultant and a key partner in leveraging best practices to the rest of the organization. • Assures that EH&S auditing programs identify and support the implementation of recommendations from Saudi Arabian Government officials, industry, and ASHOMCO management as applicable. • Train and manage the EH&S auditor network skills and competencies in various discipline and expertise. • Maintain EH&S auditing, skills and recognition. • Lead EH&S Audit networks to ensure audit consistency, proficiency and competency. • Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager • Promote positive culture and proactive relation with managers and employees, as well as the clients and regulatory agencies. • ensure the implementation of a detailed, task level, day-to-day Personal Safety program, utilizing the EH&S work process, standards and procedures within ASHOMCO. • Ensure that the Personal Safety aspects of Operating Discipline are adequate and applied to achieve performance goals. • Advise Manufacturing, Site Logistics and Corporate management regarding their effectiveness. • Perform the Personal Safety monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting; identify opportunities to streamline personal safety work process. • Participate in incident investigations and provide recommendations and solutions on weak areas. • Link to Parent Company’s Personal Safety Expertise to ensure transfer of knowledge and application of best practices, clear interpretations of site-specific regulatory process, regulations, laws and associated procedures. • Review and provide Personal Safety related inputs and coordinate the implementation of an assessment program to ensure conformity of ASHOMCO facilities with personal safety programs.
• Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety, Security and Environmental management.
• Prepare and maintaining relevant HSE logs and documentation
• Conducting incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
• Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
• Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training and TBT.
• Observe HSE regulations, wears all required PPE’s, encourages safe working practices.
• Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
• Walk the manufacturing floor on a regular basis to establish HSE presence and provide support.
• Conduct daily and monthly HSE Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed.
• Write, implement, and manage HSE Programs, Policies and Procedures
Security Duty
• Controlling access control by checking supervisors with arm barrier and crash barrier, Also ID system
• Crime Prevention and Investigation
• Responsible for maintaining a secure environment through ensuring the security of the plant.
• Provide Risk Assessment and GAP Analysis on Security issues to make recommendations to site management
• Act as liaison between plant and any governmental agencies such as police, fire and any safety regulatory bodies.
• Establish and maintain procedures to reduce any internal theft/losses.
• Establish and maintain systems/procedures to ensure that both regular and irregular patrols of entire plant are completed to maximum potential.
• Coordinate investigation of all act of crime, or any losses incurred against by anyone.
• Controlling CCTV.
• Control access to critical areas where the need for access arises outside of normal operating hours for that area.
• Contribute to ensuring all staff adhere to all site policies/procedures.
• Assist the Plant Manager in establishing and maintaining procedures to ensure that specific actions will take place in the event of an emergency. (Fire emergency)
• Ensure that all staff are properly trained in emergency procedures and maintain an ongoing training/retraining program to ensure that all staff are familiar with procedures always
Safety Duty
• Responsible for implementing of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, new Safety Programs, policies and procedures, participating in HSE internal audits and closure verification.
• Develop and maintains relationships and communication channels with assigned business units
• Responsible for implementation of all aspects of accident prevention, loss control program, fire prevention incident prevention, control of equipment and property damages as well as first aid policies and procedures.
• Advice management on ways to improve existing work methods; change on safety requirement, safety organization, work permit system.
• Recommend ways of improvement to the management the pro-active approach to safety, corrective actions initiate the cessation of work to areas where there is imminent danger and stipulate necessary measure to take, and to permit resumption of work.
• Reporting directly to ARASCO HSSE Manager and administer HSE Program and provide advice on 1.) Prevention on injury to personnel, damage to property and fire. 2) Provision and make use of hierarchy of controls when deemed necessary.
• Conduct incident investigation and determines the root cause of any accident, analyze and formulate recommendation for corrective and preventive actions thru Q-PULSE Program.
• Carry out site surveys to see that only safe work methods are in operation, that health and safety requirements are being observed and that the welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
• Review, Prepare Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessments to guide operation people on the safe work method required on the job.
• Inspect and test new and existing fire protection systems, fire detection systems and fire safety equipment in order to ensure that they are operating properly.
• Conduct necessary awareness training to enhance the safety culture within the organization.
• Prepare monthly, yearly Site HSSE KPI Dashboard Report and submit to Sr. HSSE Manager.
Security Duty
