To manage the operation according to organization sop's.
To run operation in subjective manners for achieving goals positively.
Take measures during operation to ensure security and safety as per requirement of situation.
Maintain the staff in good manners i.e staff grooming, neatness and their equipped presence.
Schedule the staff presence according to sop's of organization in light of situation forecasting.
Scheduling of window shutdown and remedial maintenance according to organization sop's.
Maintain the stock availability, and ensure stock quality, rating parameters.
Documentation of utilities, maintain stock cost and quality.
Coordination and communication with corporate and relevant
departments in supportive manners during any thick & thin situation to run operation smoothly.
Report to final authority about daily operation and routine work.
Supervising daily tasks, scheduling of PPM and associates according to work. Oversee all maintenance related activities of team leaders and technician.
Submit reports of emergencies and routine work in excel and power point sheets to manager.
