•Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers
•Exercises and practices controls that are essential to ensure the performance of projects in accordance with contracts.
•Maintains the project database, develops information requirements and designs an information system.
•Served as hub and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between different departments of STC-Huawei Telecom TXN/BSS
•Mobilization of Field Maintenance Engineers (FMEs) for outages and Degraded TT, s.
•Providing TXN/BSS technical support to Field Teams when required.
•Applying MDT’s through STC Change Management (CMS) tools for PMR/links HC and other CM activities.
•Ensure the implementation of MDT’s by coordinating with TX/BSS and Filed Teams
